Delivery Service
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service, giving you a tracking number and progress updates from dispatch right through to delivery. This service typically delivers within 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch and lets you check your parcel’s journey online for peace of mind.

Free Delivery
We offer free postage on all orders over £40 as part of our commitment to great value and excellent service.

Delivery Costs
Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order. This ensures pricing is fair and reflects the actual cost of delivery.

Dispatch Times
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Most orders received before mid-day on weekdays are dispatched the same day, and you will receive a notification with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you can use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email to follow its progress directly via Royal Mail’s tracking service.
